About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Fundraiser. As a Fundraiser, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our charity clients' goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with the public, stakeholders, and charity partners
  • Secure donations through face-to-face interactions, door-to-door sales, and private site fundraising
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets, working under your own initiative
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for donors and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a motivation to reach and surpass targets
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
  • Desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent
