About This Opportunity:

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Automotive Shop Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our shop, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and motivate a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
  2. Manage our shop's inventory, including ordering and stock control.
  3. Work closely with our manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  5. Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
