The Forward Trust is committed to empowering individuals to build positive and productive lives. As a Community Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering our weekend peer support service in Islington, London.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of volunteer-led activities, supporting the recruitment of volunteers, and engaging with the local community to promote the project.

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of coaching and supervising volunteers, effective negotiation and influencing skills, and a thorough understanding of service user-led support groups.

This part-time position offers 2 days a week of weekend work only, with opportunities for training and development. Our benefits package includes flexible working, Simply Health Cashback Scheme (Optional), Season Ticket Loan Scheme, and more.
