Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support the GPs and practice team in providing optimal patient care. This role involves increasing safety and quality of prescribed medicines, providing support on medicines-related issues, and being a point of contact for patients regarding medicines queries.

About the Role: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be accountable to the Primary Care Network Clinical Director and work closely with the Eynsham and Witney PCN. You will have the opportunity to participate in medical research projects, contribute to the planning and implementation of teaching and support for new and existing staff, and engage in clinical trials.

Skills and Qualifications: We require a BSc/Grad Dip in Pharmacy Practice, membership as a practising pharmacist with The General Pharmaceutical Council, and a commitment towards continuing professional development. Experience in community, hospital, and/or primary care pharmacy practice is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of IT systems, ability to follow policy and procedure, and experience of computer-based clinical systems such as EMIS Web are required.

Salary: Not AfC - Band 6 to 7 equivalent (dependent on experience)
