About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Individual Marketing & Legacies team at WWF-UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the digital product management of our fundraising website, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving new financial and non-financial supporters to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier partners responsible for the maintenance of the support site CMS, ongoing web development, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and SEO.
  • Oversee our insight-driven, experimentation, and optimisation CRO programme, as well as line managing a Digital Marketing Officer responsible for our SEO programme.
  • Drive new financial and non-financial supporters to the organisation by hitting KPIs through continuous optimisation, experimentation, and balancing user needs and business objectives.
  • Manage a significant development budget and track, analyse, and report on results.
Requirements
  • Experience in digital product management and improving user experience.
  • Experience managing web development and using content management systems.
  • Experience managing development of an ecommerce or fundraising website.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as GA4 and Hotjar to report on performance.
  • Exceptional understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Proven organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing web development agencies and strategy agencies to deliver against objectives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage and allocate resources effectively.
