Main Responsibilities- Prepare meeting packs for CEO review meetings, including pre-population of relevant forms and sticky notes for client completion.
- Prepare Post Meeting Letters summarizing the points arising in CEO review meetings.
- Complete fund switches and create relevant paperwork.
- Complete FE Analytics performance charts for use in presentation meeting packs and on an ad-hoc basis to support the CEO.
- Complete protection comparison reports, quotations, and process applications as required by the CEO.
- Collate LOA information, either via file note or in writing, ensuring all relevant information is received.
- Book Drawdown Reviews, ensuring State Pension Forecast is received prior to the meeting.
- Complete trust forms in line with guidance and support resources.
- Take lead on new admin-related projections that become relevant.
- Input data on relevant cashflow modelling systems to assist the CEO with case construction.
- Undertake tasks relating to the PA role when required to provide holiday/sickness cover, etc.
- Conduct onboarding calls to new clients to discuss the services on offer.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet company SLAs.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills.
- Proven track record in a financial services administrator role.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure case/business errors are mitigated.
- Ability to self-develop and show initiative by researching solutions independently.
- Ability to adapt swiftly as business needs change.
- Skilled in usage of IT systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
