Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Residential Refurbishment project in West London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-unit residential projects, with a strong understanding of both external and internal aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor and control project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Current TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid Certificates.
  • Proven experience in residential refurbishment projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
