Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential projects in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with procurement and logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a residential or construction industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
