HR ER Advisor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Alexander Faraday Limited as an HR ER Advisor, supporting our multisite logistics company through change. As an HR Generalist, you will provide expert end-to-end ER support to site managers, building relationships with key stakeholders and guiding them through change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on ER cases, from complex to day-to-day
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site managers and employees
  • Support site managers in compiling key reports and assisting with HR projects
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an end-to-end HR/ER role, ideally in a unionized environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a busy and ever-changing environment, with a proven track record of relationship building
