We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our facilities maintenance team in High Wycombe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across a range of properties. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas to a high standard.
- Carrying out cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Emptying bins and removing waste to designated areas.
- Stocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate person.
- Responding promptly to cleaning requests from clients.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes.
