Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of skilled engineers at the Tingewick depot.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with valued customers.
  • Maintain WIP at a manageable level in line with company policy.
Requirements
  • Experienced Service Manager in the agricultural or Ground care industry, or an experienced Engineer looking to step up to management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven track record of meeting challenging deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Able to work some Saturday mornings during busy periods.
What We Offer
  • Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm.
  • Holiday package: 24 days + 8 bank holidays.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • Life assurance including dependent's pension.
  • Ongoing training as required.
  • Pension scheme with 3% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution.
