Learning Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Support Practitioner to provide support and learning opportunities to individuals and groups of students at Shepwell School. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching a wide range of abilities, including up to GCSE level, and be able to teach across a variety of subjects.
The role involves working with small well-behaved groups of students, providing 1:1 support, and supporting in lessons. We are looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative individual who shares our commitment to helping all our students thrive.
**Job Description:**
• Teaching and learning support for students with medical conditions (including mental health, illness, autism)
• Small group teaching years 7 to 11
• 1:1 support and lesson delivery
• Working with external agencies and parents
• Supporting in lessons and the student support area

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Experience of teaching a wide range of abilities, including up to GCSE level
