Resident Manager

As a key member of the Get Living team, the Resident Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our neighbourhoods. This includes optimising occupancy levels, preparing properties for viewing, and maintaining high standards of presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for residents, visitors, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Conduct viewings, manage reservations, and handover properties to the Customer Hub for processing.
  • Meet occupancy, pricing, revenue, and Net Promoter Score targets.
  • Accurately record and report all activity in line with Get Living controls and processes.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of data recording in Yardi.
  • Support the planning and execution of resident events and experiences.
  • Manage utility bills for void units and update utility companies with tenancy changes.
  • Oversee parcel and postal delivery services, ensuring compliance with processes.
Requirements
  • ARLA or equivalent property qualification (level 3 essential, level 4 desirable).
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service experience in lettings/property management.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
