We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker in West Lancashire. This rewarding role will involve supporting people with additional needs to live independently, promoting their well-being and quality of life.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, providing support in various settings such as their own homes, residential care facilities, or out in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals with additional needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Helping individuals to learn new skills and develop independence
