**About the Role:**
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will provide support to people of all ages in their homes and the community, working closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans.
**Estimated Salary:** £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Key Responsibilities:***
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Develop and improve skills through ongoing training and education
- Utilize innovative technology to enhance the care industry
**Requirements:***
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 8 am- 8 pm and 8 pm- 8 am, as required by our clients
- Access to a vehicle due to the geographical location of some roles
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
