Job Title: Lead Teacher Support
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Lead Teacher Support in a mainstream Secondary school based in Birmingham. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-set work is completed to a high standard, behaviour in the classroom is well-managed, and additional help is provided with classroom tasks when needed.
No planning or preparation is required for this role; however, the successful candidate would need to be a proactive individual who has the ability to think on their feet when students require additional work or need adjustments to the task at hand.
The senior leadership team at the school will offer excellent support and provide an encouraging and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure student engagement and motivation through effective teaching methods
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Salary Information: £85-£110 per day (dependent on experience)
