About the Job

This role could suit an Asbestos Supervisor looking to progress, or someone with experience in contract management who wants to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of an experienced team of removers, identifying and managing technical aspects of the removal process, learning to effectively price projects, develop a team, and assist with business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying, winning, and developing new client accounts and maintaining the highest standard of service for existing clients.
  • Prepare site-specific risk assessments and detailed method statements to ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations.
  • Convey information contained within site-specific risk assessments and method statements to site personnel to ensure full understanding.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have evidence of management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and people management skills. They must be able to work at all levels within organisations, from Senior Directors to Site Operatives. Experience in successfully managing small and large-scale projects through to completion is essential.
