Job Summary

About the Role

  • Drive World Class Hospitality at the National Theatre in an operations-based role.
  • Act as a Duty Manager for the wider National Theatre Food and Drink team in day-to-day operations.
  • Briefing, leading and motivating team leaders and CSAs on daily financial targets, KPIs, service standards and The People Piece.
  • In conjunction with warehouse and culinary departments, ensuring that all outlets have appropriate par levels of food and drink items and are being displayed with World Class Hospitality at the front of mind.

About You

  • You will be responsible for managing and supporting Team Leaders and Customer Service Assistants to provide highly visible leadership front of house, greeting and engaging with customers.
  • You will lead, supervise, motivate and support to coordinate team members, ensuring delivery of a world-class hospitality experience to all patrons of the NT.

Skill Requirements
