About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our building products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with our sales team to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal sales, preferably in the construction supplies or building materials sector.
  • Strong knowledge of building products and services, with the ability to communicate their value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
