About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HLTA Practitioner to join our team at St. Andrew's CofE Primary School in Halstead.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for supporting children's learning and be able to make a positive impact on their educational journey.

This role involves working closely with teaching staff to provide individualized support to students, developing and implementing lesson plans, and contributing to the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORTING STUDENTS' ACADEMIC PROGRESS
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide individualized support and ensure student progress
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of individual students
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and educational policies
Essential Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in primary education, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary and Benefits
