Job Details

We are currently seeking a KS3 Teacher to join our team as a Tutor for children with challenging behaviour in Halstead and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have experience working with children who require additional support due to recent moves, exclusions, or SEN/SEMH diagnoses.

The role involves working one-on-one with children in their homes or local environment, and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering engaging core academic sessions to children with challenging behaviour.
  • Assessing and tracking progress to achieve desired learning outcomes.
  • Providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
