About the Job

The ideal candidate will hold an industry standard construction/build environment qualification, aligned to their discipline/specialism, as well as SSSTS & CSCS (relevant level), or suitable equivalent. Membership of an appropriate professional institution is desirable, and being a radiological classified worker is also beneficial. The salary for this role is up to £52,000 per annum.

  • Maintain daily site diaries detailing site conditions, progress, and resources available for undertaking work activities throughout the construction phase.
  • Provide input to weekly reports including site safety inspections, quality control, inspection & test plans, defect notices, etc.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing construction health and safety information such as SSOW/RAMS/Risk Assessments.
