About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and expanding our membership offerings, including chartered and corporate memberships, while overseeing bursaries, scholarships, and awards.

The position involves cultivating senior-level relationships with key clients, with profit and loss responsibilities for charity funds, and contributing to strategic decisions as part of our Senior Leadership team.

The role-holder will drive the integration of the Centre for the Study in Financial Innovation (CSFI) into our broader strategy, ensuring alignment and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating and implementing strategies to promote our chartered and membership offerings, while exploring and building new revenue streams.
  2. Managing and growing relationships with UK and international banks and financial services providers, seeking sponsorships and partnerships to support our objectives.
  3. Developing a strategy for integrating CSFI into LFBF, including launching and promoting CSFI events and managing its brand through digital channels.
  4. Identifying and establishing partnerships with educational institutions and organisations to facilitate scholarships, bursaries, internships, and specialist qualifications.
  5. Leading presentations to secure commercial commitments, gathering market feedback, and contributing to the development of our brand identity.
  6. Taking responsibility for the profit and loss for our training arm, LFBF Learning Ltd., and ensuring alignment with our strategic growth plans.
