We're looking for an exceptional Team Leader to join our team in Weymouth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving business results, leading by example, and inspiring your team to achieve great things.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership strategies to drive business results.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to drive business success.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze team performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address them.
  • Change Management: Communicate and implement changes to team processes and procedures.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role ranges from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including career growth opportunities, pension scheme, employee discounts, training and development programs, and more.
