Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Community Pharmacy team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacist in the efficient and effective running of the dispensary, prioritizing workload, and maintaining awareness of patient needs and the wider Pharmacy environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Pharmacist in maintaining the day-to-day relationship with GPs, practice managers, and receptionists.
  • Administer and update basic staffing processes, including holiday and staffing rotas.
  • Ensure effective communication is maintained across the team, keeping everyone updated and aware of the latest information.

You will need excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain great relationships with your team and practice personnel, as well as good commercial and analytical skills.
