Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

Stafforce Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our client's team in Scunthorpe, Billet Lane, DN15. Our client, Sofina Foods, is a leading pork processor with a strong commitment to staff development and competitive pay rates.

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for an evening shift Team Leader with immediate starts and paid training. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing safety and quality processing procedures, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, and optimizing team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce all safety and quality processing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies.
  • Optimize team performance and development.
  • Stacking and palleting boxes and servicing the line with ingredients and packaging, in line with relevant SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and product specifications.
