Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen targets and objectives
