Job Title: Major Component Turbine Technician

Deutsche Windtechnik Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Major Component Turbine Technician to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the replacement of turbine major components, up-tower repair projects, and supporting engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replacement of turbine major components, including generators and gearboxes
  • Up-tower repair projects
  • Supporting on all engineering projects
  • Troubleshooting and service of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Leading a team of technicians to ensure health and safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
  • Relevant formal qualifications, minimum SVQ/NVQ level 3 (electrical, mechanical, etc.)
  • Comprehensive experience in a relevant industry, ideally two years in hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical roles
  • Valid driving license
