We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Training and Quality Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our business.

About the Role

As a Training and Quality Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. You will work closely with our store managers and department leads to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality and customer service. This will involve conducting regular audits and providing feedback to our team members to help them improve their performance.
