Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Children's Support Specialist to join our team at Cpl UK Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in the care sector and a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Children's Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people. This will include mentoring and guiding junior staff members, supporting the daily living needs of children and young people, and establishing meaningful relationships with them.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of experience in the care sector.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
