Salary

A competitive starting salary of £30,500, increasing as you progress through the programme, provides a stable financial foundation for your teaching career.

About the Role

The Graduate Teacher of History role involves building classroom experience, knowledge, and pedagogy through observation and class teaching on a reduced timetable in Year 1. Upon completion of Year 2, you will gain QTS (qualified teacher status) and progress onto the Early Teacher Career Framework and the Hurst qualified teacher scale with reflective salary increase.
