Electronic Monitoring Support Officer Job Description

Are you passionate about making a real impact in your community? We're seeking a dedicated Electronic Monitoring Support Officer to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our electronic tagging service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to deliver exceptional service
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Provide top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License - No more than 9 points
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Working Pattern:
Full Time 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Please note the majority of shifts are between 5pm to 1am. We provide 1 day online training and induction.
