Adecco is seeking a dedicated individual to join their electronic tagging service team as an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer. This role involves partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks, assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the electronic monitor tagging team in their daily tasks
  • Install and maintain electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Requirements:

  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift pattern: 10-week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
  • Training: 1-day online training and induction
