The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Professional who can lead the development of innovative medical devices. You will be responsible for managing diverse stakeholders and tackling challenges that require technical and leadership skills. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of medical device development and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-risk medical device projects from conception to launch
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device project leadership
- Comprehensive technical understanding of medical devices
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme: discretionary annual bonus
