Job Title: Financial Services Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our Central Payments Services team as a Financial Services Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial services to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Authorising high value invoices and managing payment processing.
  • Producing and checking reports for potential payment errors and taxation queries.
  • Providing excellent customer service and managing supplier relationships.
  • Working collaboratively with the QA team to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Identifying and resolving issues with invoices and payments.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Experience of working with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to continuous improvement.
