Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Tax Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward and overseeing the preparation of personal and corporation tax returns, as well as managing projects efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and allocating work to the team
• Reviewing ongoing work carried out by team members
• Providing regular status reports on work allocation, timescales, and targets
• Encouraging the development of all team members
• Liaising with other service lines as necessary, i.e., Accounts, Payroll, VAT

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, along with sufficient technical knowledge to deal with client queries. A strong understanding of commercial tax management principles is essential for this role.
