Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Pareto. As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The successful candidate will be engaging with Commercial and Education client bases of a leading managed IT Service Provider with sites across the UK and Ireland.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals, collaborating with internal teams, meeting and exceeding sales targets, staying informed about industry trends, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
As a valued member of our team, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including £25k basic salary, OTE taking your earnings up to £35k, and many more benefits.
