Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Lynx Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 18:00 hours in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including a reward card, free parking, life insurance, and a four-day working week.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing division, playing a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. You will work closely with the production team to identify and address any quality issues, and implement processes to prevent reoccurrence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality inspections on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Investigate and report any quality issues or defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
- Provide training and support to new employees on quality procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a quality control or assurance role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
