Senior Project Manager - Fit Out

At Aldwych Consulting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, leading a range of exciting fit out projects, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
  2. Establishing and maintaining effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  3. Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, monitoring and controlling project progress, performance, and risks.
  4. Managing project budgets and resources, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and reporting.
  5. Communicating and coordinating with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Preparing and presenting regular project updates and reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendations.
  7. Leading and facilitating the resolution of problems or conflicts that may arise during the project.
  8. Ensuring the delivery of project outcomes, meeting or exceeding client expectations and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A degree in a construction or property-related discipline.
  2. A professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  3. Experience in delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
  5. A passion for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for clients.
  6. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
