The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of full turn-key bridge packages, ensuring safe, on-program, and on-budget execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving projects from the sales team and preparing commercial health reports.
  • Preparing compliant programs for internal and external use.
  • Managing internal and external resources to maintain the program.
  • Coordinating with the factory to ensure projects are on-program and within budget.
  • Preparing RAMS, site files, and H&S documents.
  • Organizing and procuring plant, materials, and fixings.
  • Attending client meetings and site visits.
  • Leading installation teams and preparing QA documentation.
  • Liaising with the commercial team to manage project commercial and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Experience within the construction industry.
  • Temporary Works Coordinator of all site works.
  • Working knowledge of planning software, Microsoft Project or similar.
  • Good understanding of construction methods and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.
  • Cost-aware and conscious.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide with some nights away.
