Wildlife Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wildlife Project Manager to lead our Species Recovery project in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement effective conservation plans for species recovery.
- To lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- To collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities.
- To monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, ecology, or environmental science.
- At least 3 years of experience in species conservation or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A strong understanding of species recovery principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A competitive salary of £29,400-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
