About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at KFM. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of HR and Director of Business Services in developing and delivering KFM's HR strategies aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies and employee relations, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and consistently.
  • Manage employee relations case work, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Deliver monthly HR KPI reports to senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead on workforce change initiatives, including TUPE transfers, organizational development, and restructuring.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligned with our business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, including employment law, contracts, and policies.
  • Support the recruitment process, working closely with the Recruitment and Onboarding Partner to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

About You

  • Degree and/or HR-related qualification (desirable).
  • Experience in HR advisory roles, including employee relations and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and good practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
