About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planning Analyst to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a key member of our Inbound Supply Team, you will play a critical role in managing supplier schedules and performance, driving customer availability, and contributing to profitable growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Ensure that lead time supplier schedules are acknowledged and managed into the business on time, in full, and compliantly. Identify and address supplier arrears and customer backorders, providing relevant and up-to-date promise dates or robust action plans.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Manage communication with the Customer Services group, responding to escalated customer requirements, and negotiating schedule changes with suppliers.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct weekly and monthly analysis to identify and report on supplier performance failures, using Tableau reporting to highlight account adherence to schedules.
  • Process Improvement: Use the Plan-Do-Check-Act method to formulate action plans and next steps for suppliers of focus, leveraging the output of the Built In Quality process to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous work experience within a Supply Chain function, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and previous experience with SAP systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems, articulate them clearly, and progress them to solutions involving others as appropriate. Proven ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and prioritize tasks according to business goals.
  • Collaboration: A strong team ethic, with the ability to work on own initiative and build strong working relationships with all levels of all functions, always working towards a win-win result.
