Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. as a Customer Liaison Coordinator. This role will be responsible for maintaining effective and open communication with vendors, head office, processing centers, and transport operations to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound bookings from vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate outbound bookings from Crewe and Watford sites to processing centers, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery.
  • Receive and process inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with site rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with site operational teams to coordinate vehicle traffic and receipted deliveries.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using warehouse management systems.
  • Able to work on own initiative, problem solve effectively, and make decisions.
  • Background in fast-moving logistics, with experience in warehousing and transport operations is desirable.
