Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective and open communication with TJX Vendors, TJX Head office, TJX Processing Centres, and GXO TJX Transport Operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Look after the effective control of inbound bookings from TJX Vendors.
  • Manage the effective control of outbound bookings from the Crewe/Watford sites to TJX Processing Centres.
  • Receive inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with site rules.
  • Co-ordinate the flow of vehicle traffic and completion of receipted deliveries with the site operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure.
  • Great IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience of using Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Able to work on own initiative, problem-solve effectively, and make decisions.
  • A background in fast-moving logistics with experience of warehousing and transport operations is desirable.
