Mental Health Care Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team at Plym Bridge House. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to young people with mental health needs.
You will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team, conduct clinical tasks within your scope of practice to a high level of competency, and develop individualized care plans under the appropriate delegation of a registered professional.

Plym Bridge House is a regionally respected team that engages in rewarding work with the young people in our care. We offer a positive and supportive environment to work in, with in-house bespoke training relating directly to CAMHS and inpatient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act in ways which support equality and value diversity.
- Contribute towards developing a culture of learning and towards developing high quality learning environments.
- Develop skills in relation to coaching/teaching individuals/carers/other staff.
Requirements:
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Level 5 Foundation Degree Nursing Associate.
- GCSEs Grade A-C (Grades 4-7) in Maths and English or Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
