The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Julia Durbin Day Nursery in Headington, Oxford. The successful candidate will provide learning support to two children with SEN and cover the responsibilities of their Key Person. This part-time role requires 20 hours of work per week, all year round.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children under five with SEN, including autism and pica.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet individual developmental and care needs.
- Maintain a positive role model for children and contribute to a busy team environment.

Requirements:
- Naturally nurturing and compassionate towards others.
- Experience working with children under five who live with SEN.

What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.77 - £14.84, depending on qualifications.
