Primary and Early Years SEN Education Role

Ribbons and Reeves Limited seeks an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our Primary and Early Years team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEN
- Work closely with teachers to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Provide guidance and support to students during lessons and breaks
Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive weekly salary of £450-500 and an estimated annual salary of £23,400 - £26,000. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our SLT team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a SEN TA
- Strong academic background and teaching skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
