About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, including desktop/server hardware and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of IT stocks, contracts, software licenses, and business assets
  • Support and troubleshoot technical issues via remote desktop

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven IT Technical Support experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Ability to work with network hardware, standards, and protocols

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Office 365, including VBA
  • Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection
  • SQL and Access knowledge
