Product Delivery Specialist

Together is embarking on a £60m tech transformation project, introducing new systems to replace existing ones. As a Product Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in this exciting period.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of change by your train on schedule, to budget and meeting agreed scope and quality criteria, including compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and functional management to your delivery team, including performance management and general pastoral care.
- Engage with stakeholders to agree improvements to products and services that deliver maximum value.
- Accountable for the production service of applications within the remit of the delivery train.
- Implement and manage success metrics for the product while taking responsibility for the entire product lifecycle.
- Demonstrate excellent strategic ability with a pragmatic approach.
- Present business cases and other relevant content at C-suite level.
- Have a strong understanding of all elements of the entire product management process.
- Be an experienced people manager with a track record of coaching and supporting colleagues.
- Be customer-obsessed.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
